One of the biggest Spanish online real estate platforms Yaencontre asked our property expert Raf for his opinion about real estate investments.

The article states real estate is still one of the most solid investments, despite the economic impact of Covid-19.

Asking his thoughts about possible investment obstacles, Raf summarised it down to these 5: – not having a defined strategy – getting carried away by false opportunities – mistakes in the renovation business case – missing to see the potential – not having an experienced expert by your side.
